After 8 years as co-founder and President of The Results Group (a lead generation and lead management firm), Darren Rabie realized that success in sales was dependent on many variables all working in alignment - not just lead generation. As a result, Rabie began noticing other gaps impacting his clients' sales performance. These included:

It was in this vision that Focus was conceived; to create a "one stop custom shop" for our client's sales management needs.

As a result, all of our client work is done by our team . . . not outsourced to contractors. All clients enjoy multiple points of contact that work daily to execute the project, measure its results, and keep you informed. Part of our goal is to teach our clients how to best service their customers - past, current and upcoming. Much of that learning will come from the changes we make to their sales organization but some of it will come from how we, at Focus, "practice what we preach".
