Bill Sturrock

Senior Manager & Partner

After completing business related degrees at both Brock University and Ryerson Polytechnic University, Bill spent 10 years at Rogers Communications – Canada’s largest communications company. He contributed through a variety of roles, from Manager of Sales & Service to National Sales Planning Manager to Director of Converged Sales and Business Sales (wow… those are some long titles – impressed?).

After taking a year off to “get to know his children”, Bill sought out a more family-friendly, smaller, service-based business where he could grow and take on a leadership role.

As a Senior Manager, Bill takes the lead role with a portfolio of Focus clients. He is responsible for strategy, sales organization design, recruitment, sales training/coaching and the implementation of Sales Management tools and processes (with the support of a coordinator). Bill became Focus’ second minority shareholder in mid-2009.

Bill was born in Toronto and lives in mid-town (minutes from the office) with his wife Karen and two daughters, Haley and Claire.
