As you know, each audience, training session, and environment
is different. As a result, we work with you to customize each workshop
- using a framework - to fit your needs; including workshop length, variations
to content, format, audience participation, workgroups, take-home information,
and even follow up 1-on-1's.
Darren's Style
Darren looks to bring his audience into the workshop to participate
in the 'discussion'. He tries to facilitate a dialogue throughout the
session. Darren also frequently asks questions, challenges the group,
and has been known to choose participants to loosen up the room.
Every workshop emphasizes 'fun' first and 'content' second, since it is
well known that people learn better when they are enjoying themselves
and engaging each other.
