This includes, but is not limited to:

Be the 1st point of contact for customer inquiries, customer issues, support calls, etc.

Provide accurate estimates and sales terms to customers and prospects that influence their buying decisions.

Use math skills and industry knowledge to produce requests for quote that would include calculating labour hours, material and outside services.

Work closely with key customers to understand their specifications and respond to questions and inquiries.

Provide administrative support to the sales team including presentations, samples and all sales related initiatives.

Drive all purchasing once a project has been won; source material, organize logistics, delivery schedules, etc; responsible for project through implementation phases.

Actively participate in customer visits, traveling to customer sites as required.

Investigate delivery or product/services inquiries or issue resolution, partnering with customer service, production control, shipping, and other company representatives as necessary.

Manage and maintain database/soft records.

Provide general sales support as required.
The successful candidate would require;
-
Industry experience preferred, i.e. 3-5 years of relevant fabrication and manufacturing experience.

Post secondary technical education, in one of the following; Civil Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Mining, or Welding Engineering Technology.

Estimating experience within a metal fabrication environment is an important criteria.

Ability to work in a faced pace environment, managing multiple projects with deadlines.

Service oriented, and able to track, manage and follow through on details.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize tasks at hand.

Must be very proficient MS applications, CRM & other related technologies.
