Position Duties

  • Business Development, focusing on specific Industry and territories.
  • Calling on OEM and other distributors (No Closing Involved)
  • Identifying and qualifying potential opportunities and passing on to Sales
  • Lead Management
  • Web Management (content only)
  • Tradeshow Execution, both pre and post activities.
  • Develop and distribute monthly e-newsletter
  • Marketing responsibilities including Website management (content not design)
  • Monthly e-newsletter

Position Requirements

  • Enjoy a lead generator (cold calling) type role
  • Capacity to learn about specific industrial technologies and environments
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
  • Enjoys a small company environment and excels in a team environment
  • Ability to be trained and proficiently host product knowledge with customers
  • Experience in aerosol packaging, experience in Tradeshow participation and fluency in Spanish all considered valuable assets

Compensation:  Salary – 35k-38k based on experience. Quarterly Bonus’ and incentives

Living in one of the key hubs in the US east coast or preferable Eastern Seaboard

Experience in distribution management is the key (not so much about what you sell but more importantly about how the relationship is managed between Caber and the agent/distributors). Selling the Surefit products or the Dream Serene line of mattress protection either direct or via agent’s to the large tier existing & new customers. 30% of your interaction can be expected to be outside/face to face, the rest via phone/email.


Position Duties:
 

  • Expanding an agent network in key US markets (CT; DW; NH; MN; MD; MA; MI; NJ; NY; NV; OH; PA; RI; VT; DC; WV)
  • Source, manage and coach agents
  • Focused on U.S. market primarily, eventually incorporating Canada
  • Initial focus B2C, moving into B2B
  • Report back to Caber in terms of agents performances, measured via PMO’s
  • Recruiting independent contractors
  • Ability to work independently of an office structure

Position Requirements:

  • Organized and Motivated
  • Experience in distribution management
  • Understands the Agent role model and has experience in working with or managing agents.
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to work from home office in isolation and must entrepreneurial
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong communication skills and command of the English language
  • Specific industry experience and recruiting contractor experience a definite asset

Compensation:

  • Yr 1. $80K-$100K; Ongoing: $100K + - base plus commission structure tbd
