	Darren Rabie - President With Focus since June 2003 (Day 1), Darren Rabie (HBA, Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario) is the Founder and President of Focus America.
	Steve Wright - Senior Manager & Partner With Focus since August 2006, after completing his Honours BA in Marketing at York University, Steve Wright went onto perform in a number of sales roles, eventually becoming Sales Manager to one of Canada’s largest sports memorabilia companies.
	Bill Sturrock - Senior Manager & Partner With Focus since March 2008, after completing business related degrees at both Brock University and Ryerson Polytechnic University, Bill spent 10 years at Rogers Communication.
