Improve Your Quote Follow Up
- Diagnostic Assessment: Focus America starts by learning about
your business, structure, current situation, sales goals, and gaps.
The deliverable will be a documented and customized action plan for
building and implementing a new Quote Follow Up System.
- Build the Quote Follow Up Plan: Focus America will build a
step-by-step process for quote follow up and tools to help implement
this plan, as well as determine the resources in your company (current
or incremental) responsible for the day-to-day execution.
- Sales Technology: For this plan to work efficiently, sales
technology is always recommended. Focus America will assess your current
SFA/CRM infrastructure to determine what minor changes are required
OR if a simple tool should be installed.
- The Monthly Monitor: In any new or modified plan, there must
be a measurable payout. Focus America will work with you to establish
specific monthly expectations that should result from implementing a
Quote Follow Up System.
- Training: To ensure the assigned team (including management)
understands how to properly execute this new Quote Follow Up System,
a training session will be facilitated.
- Managing for Success: Like everything we do, we don't just
build a plan
we stick around to make sure it's working consistently
to deliver what's expected. For 3 to 6 months, we will host meetings
to compare results vs expectations set, make any required changes, and
provide training in strategies and techniques to succeed in this role.
