- Build the Business Development Sales
Roadmap: Like any department, nothing should begin until there
are well-defined, documented instructions and processes for generating
qualified leads and driving the department.
- Customize Sales Technology: Focus America will help you customize
a sales technology to fit the requirements of your new department. If
you already have a tool - great. If not, don't worry, we can help you
choose one that works.
- The Monthly Monitor: There is no sense in establishing a new
department of any kind unless there is a definitive payback. Here, Focus
America will work with you to document specific, measurable, and quantifiable
monthly expectations.
- Select Resources: Hiring mistakes can be the killer. Let Focus
America take that burden away through proven tools for testing a candidate's
"fit". Whether it's driving the entire hiring process or playing
more of a coaching role, we will provide expertise in the areas you
need support.
- Training: Through workshops, Focus America will train your
new Business Development Representative(s) on the process, technology,
expectations, and business development strategies and techniques required
to succeed in this role.
- Managing for Success: It's one thing to build it, BUT it's
another thing to make sure it's working! Over the first 6 months, your
new department will be managed by Focus America - via formal meetings
designed to measure results vs. expectations, make modifications, and
provide coaching/training.
