team selects the finalists for you to choose from.
- Induction and Training Planning: We will help you
build a well thought-out induction program that is waiting for the new
candidates when they arrive.
- Skill Development: Whether we provide ongoing coaching
and sales training, put them through an initial induction of your CRM
tool, or provide other support requirements, Focus America will help
to ensure your new teammate has the best chance of being successful
and up to speed quickly.
