how to run a 'Results-Based' sales team, Focus America will participate
along with them during sales planning meetings - typically quarterly.
- Outsource Your Sales Management: For smaller companies that
might not have a sales manager, Focus America can take over this role
for the short/medium term.
- Training: Here, Focus America will teach sales techniques,
