Steven L. Wright

Director of Operations, Senior Manager & Partner

After completing his Honours BA in Marketing at York University, Steven Wright went on to perform in a number of sales roles, eventually becoming Sales Manager to one of Canada’s largest sports memorabilia companies.

Since joining Focus in Aug 2006, Steven has tackled every position from Coordinator to Senior Manager to Director of Operations, eventually becoming a minority shareholder in mid-2008.

As a Senior Manager, Steven takes the lead role with a portfolio of Focus clients. He is responsible for strategy, sales organization design, recruitment, sales training/coaching and the implementation of Sales Management tools and processes (with the support of a coordinator).

As Director of Operations, Steven is the key resource for the other Senior Managers at Focus. In addition, he takes responsibility for some of Focus’ most technologically challenging work.

Steven is a born Torontonian and lives in the west end with his wife Renata and son Rylan.
